"Jack and Susan are great. Last year we were looking for a mobility scooter and Jack let us in on a Sunday to check things out. They have a large selection of scooters as well as other mobility items. We came back to purchase the scooter and Susan showed us how to get it in our van. Both are very pleasant and fun to work with - no pressure. During our conversation we learned they also serviced “stair chairs”...even one’s they didn’t sell. Now we are in the process of moving and need our chair removed from the strairway for the movers. I asked Jack if he could help us and immediately agreed. This morning he arrived exactly on time, checked over the chair for us and took it off the rail. He’d aleady spoken to the new owners about reinstalling the chair. Having to deal with mobility issues is difficult enough, we are so happy to have met the folks at Upward Mobility. They have certainly improved our quality of life. We highly recommend them."
