"Great spot. Super busy, so call in ahead for an appointment. I've been getting my hair cut here now for 4 plus years."
"Michelle did a great job on my partner, who resembled Sasquach before his kut. She made him job interview ready! Styled his hair and trimmed his facial hair. I've been going to Park Street Kuts for years, but moved to Florida and couldn't find a stylist as talented and budget friendly as these amazing stylists. I moved back recently, booked an appointment for a trim, and felt right back at home. Highly recommend 100%"
"My two kiddos (2 and 4) had never had professional haircuts before but Kayleigh and Nikki were both phenomenal with them. They clearly know what they are doing with kids—my son has never let me use clippers on him before but he was fine with Nikki using them on him, and I thought my daughter would be scared but Kayleigh made her excited about the experience. Highly recommend both of them!"
"In regards to Michelle's response... Respectfully, I stand by my version of the events. If someone had said to me that anyone would be with me shortly, I would certainly have stayed for j appointment that I had waited two weeks for. I was only asked if I had an appointment. I was not hoping for an early seating. By arriving early I was merely showing respect to your scheduling.. Brief eye contact is not communication. If you saw me, why didn't you call out? I invite you to look at my other Google reviews. With rare exception, I try to point out the best when I find it. Please be well and take care Original post: Arrived 10 minutes early for my booked appointment. Was asked if I had an appointment. That was the last time my presence was acknowledged. Two other clients arrived after me. Without a word of explanation, those two clients were taken in front of me. I am a shift worker with one day a week off and I have to make every minute count. I had to leave without a cut. The lack of common courtesy and professionalism was very disappointing."
"I asked for a Cut and blow out dry for a silky and smooth style and left a frizzy mess. Even Came in with picture what good did it do, nothing! Don’t take customers if you can’t take the time to do a good job just because you committed to 2:15 appointment and close at 3 pm. I even asked over the phone if she would have time for a blow dry and I was up front that I had long hair, and she said that she did have time clearly not I look horrible. I would have done a better job at home I can’t believe this. Every time I leave a hair salon my hair looks smooth and silky. The stylist blamed it on my hair for being frizzy and it’s still wet at the roots. I’m writing this in the park street Kuts parking lot, so when I get home and straighten my hair I hope I have even ends. Don’t bother with this place I have learned my lesson. This place for some reason had good reviews so I tried it big mistake. That’s not right you don’t do that to people, and let someone walk out of the salon looking like this."
