"I was very underwhelmed with my experience at Bridge St Hair. I went in to get a short pixie cut and had a reference picture to show my hair stylist. She immediately needed to consult another employee on how to cut my hair. Throughout the haircut she had to stop cutting to get help from the other employee. It seemed like she had very little experience, and wasn't very confident in her work, which made me very nervous. I ended up having to fix the cut myself at home. I left with two sides of my hair different in length, and I also had some long pieces in the back that were my original hair length that my husband had to help me cut off. I was overall disappointed in the service I received. I wish the stylist would have just been honest and said she wasn't sure what she was doing so I could have made the decision to let my hair be a teaching opportunity for her, or gone else were. I hope others have better experiences than I did because it seems like such a nice place."
