"Terrible experience. :( The owner Amy is rude and doesn’t even acknowledge you. She did my nails terribly so I called to get them redone- which I never do but felt it was justified here. When I came back I was ignored for over an hour then spent another hour plus there where she made it known she was unhappy with me requesting to get my nails redone and she proceeded to yell at me. Apparently it was my fault and she said she wouldn’t fix my nails again. Just a terrible experience. There are other places to go to that have better service."

"They can usually fit you in but there are only two workers. Sometimes it takes a little longer to finish the work because they go back and forth working on multiple people at one time. The results are great and the pricing is reasonable. Acrylic fill with gel color, $45."

"Dont waste ur time or more importantly ur money! I spent $60 for a full set gel! And they are all different lengths, are lumpy and bumpy even the nail polish is bad! Looks like I did them at home! N this is done by a professional? Yah nah! Don’t let the cheeper price real u in! Not worth it pay a little more n go to VT nails! Or somewhere else! They where rude I tried to engage many times and talk about mail health n when should I get a fill n all that n I got quick answers w a snap by attitude! This was on my birthday on a Fri when the place was dead empty! She had ample amount of time to do them correctly! I even brought up how there was gel under my nail like a ball hanging there n she passed it off! I asked why my mail had a big lump in it she said from the gem??!! Nah I won’t ever go there again!"

"She made sure I was satisfied with my nails before I left! She put nail polish on one nail to see if I liked it before continuing the rest of my nails. I appreciated that because sometimes the color doesn't look what you'd expect. I'll be going back!!"

"Amy was careful and very kind , she did an amazing job on my nails and I will not be going there ever again. Dropped the rating because the nails didn't last from Thursday to Saturday and had to wait till Monday to go see her and she didn't fix them right and had to have them redone on Blacksburg Virginia and those ppl did an amazing job fixing her screw up."
