"Jared and crew did a fantastic job bringing our half finished home project to life. Before starting the project I connected with Jared's references who were very responsive and had extremely positive experiences with his work. Other contractors didn't want to take this project on because the house was only partly finished and badly neglected. It was necessary to carefully determine what needed repair and finishing, and build an accurate bid. Jared did this successfully. Jared took full ownership of the project from start to finish. He was a great listener and understood what we were trying to achieve (a quality build on a budget). Jared shared his perspective on things that would improve the house, but didn't try to convince us to use preferred contractors and materials.
