"Cant say enough great things about this place. Remodeled kitchen, unique design , raised ceiling, great layout. Love it. Retained Jess to remodel 2 existing baths and also create third bath in remodeled storage area.Went off without a hitch and in my budget. Finally, Created outdoor covered seating area. Unfortunately after 15 months most of the tiles cracked. I reached out to raise concern Compared to 1Star review above Jess took photos, reached out to supplier who admitted they had produced a defective batch .. she arranged for them to replace every tile on their nickel including resetting the floor. Workmanship is first rate and i think customer service excellent. We recommend them to anyone."

"Beware! nice people who do not advocate for their clients. Bought granite countertops through Sugar River Kitchen, Bath & flooring. Materials are beautiful, installation unacceptable: Misaligned back splash, multiple ‘glue’ fingerprints left on surfaces, and an obvious repair on our island edge. All on a new install. Who expects damaged products on a new install? We reached out to the company to resolve these issues. The misaligned back splash is now fine, however the glue fingerprints remain visible and the island repair remains unacceptable. When we reached out again (and we had to reach out a number times before receiving a response) we were sent a 24 + page brochure on natural stone. Company directed us to a section of brochure titled ‘‘acceptable repairs’. We did not anticipate obvious repairs on a new install. Spoke with other local fabricators who said this type of repair on a new install would not be up to their standards."
