"I've been to a few places like this in a few different cities and states, but Keene serenity center stands alone!!The staff are GREAT PEOPLE!!They care about EVERYONE that comes through the door!!they go above and beyond to make sure you have a smile on your face, food in your belly, and services you need taken care of to the best of there ability!they also are pet friendly!there's a dog there sometimes named floki that absolutely loves everyone and helps anyone that may be having a bad day move past that and really feel loved!you can go in watch a movie, eat some food,use the computer, talk with someone, do some art work,if your board in there,or feel alone again floki will help that!but don't listen to me, go find out for yourself, you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!"

"Great little place right down town!! I feel like if MORE people GOT INVOLVED we could REALLY UTILIZE having such a GREAT RESOURCE for the RECOVERY COMMUNITY. I know for myself transportation is my greatest hurdle."

"Thought this place was designed to help people struggling with addiction. I volunteered and worked at this Center for over 3 years and have seen nothing but unsupported staff persons who do not receive proper supervision. There is no additional support for their coaches and employees and it is not living up to their motto of "meeting people where they are at." I have remained silent for far too long about my experience with this place out of fear of deterring anyone from receiving the help that they need. But my soul has been completely crushed by this organization and their lack of dedication to not only their employees but to anyone struggling with their recovery in general. Seems as though this organization has a particular agenda and judges and/or criticizes anyone who does not live up to their standards. I once loved this place and gave it my all but since i left i have heard nothing but terrible things about how the community members seeking help have been treated by this establishment. I apologize for this bad review but i need to start speaking up and getting this off my chest. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Hope everyone gets the help that they need instead of being treated like an outcast or "less than" because they do not conform to one recovery path or set of beliefs."

"There are blessings in recovery, and Keene Serenity Center is a huge blessing to me! I received peer counseling there when I moved to Keene in the summer and all of the resources made available to me have been more than helpful in my transition to a new town, as a new mom, fairly new to sobriety. The location is perfect and convenient. The staff is a rare and pleasant mix of warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable people. The transportation department has been the biggest help and Maggie, who I have gotten to know the most, is the biggest sweetheart and very easy to talk to. The Serenity Center is a treasure in Keene and our small city is lucky to have it."
