"The staff here are fantastic people, and super accomodating for schedule changes and appt issues. I'm a disabled man in his forties with some pretty severe pain issues, and I've been receiving acupuncture therapy here to help with pain issues. So far it's been working great, and I have found some relief from these visits. I appreciate that they're willing to text to setup appointments, as I live in an area with terrible cell signal, so texting is key. I'm working with them through the local VA and haven't had any issues at all with payment or paperwork. Lastly, they're very accommodating with even little things, like not taking my shoes off inside because it's hard to walk with my prosthetic legs without shoes on. One thing: some of my appts have been during off hours, outside of their posted hours. So if you use Google Maps to get there, it will warn you that they're closed, even though you have an appt. Not a complaint, just a heads up."
