"Alderman’s Toyota Service Dept is outstanding. The woman who worked with me was so kind and accommodating. She listened to everything that was going on. When I picked up my car they told me exactly what was done and had informed me parts were promptly ordered and that they would get me back in as soon as they arrived. In my opinion, their prices are great. My car is under warranty, however, I paid for my snow tires to be mounted and I felt the price was very fair. Highly recommend!"
