"This company skips cleaning and pickup. We are supposed to have this porta potty cleaned weekly and there are stretches of 4-6 weeks where no one shows up. This has happened to us probably 4-6 times over the course of 12 months - just 4-6 stretches where there is no service. When we call, we get excuses that say the driver can't reach the site and then they ask us to pay. Pay for what? The services that have not been rendered? It is a clear shot from the porta potty to the road and there is human waste up to the seat of the unit. It is a straight up health hazard. I cannot believe the sheer lack of service and the attitude provided by the company employees when we call for assistance."
"We had a bad experience with them a couple years ago - we couldn't get them to clean our porta potty but decided to give them another chance this summer. They delivered the bathroom and said they would come every week to clean it. They NEVER came !! 3 weeks went by and after calling every day they said the guy was in the area and would be there in 10 minutes. I literally watched the truck drive by my house never stopping. So after another week I told them to come and get it - that took 5 days for them to show up. I called corporate (the toilet was from Center Harbor, NH) and explained what happened and they said that the guy didn't "feel" like stopping and had too many toilets to clean. They couldn't do anything about it because they said they were too short staffed. NEVER again will I hire United Site Services. They need to get their Sxxt together - literally !! Does not even deserve (1) star !!"
"They said they dropped off 1 potty on a Thursday at 11 am. Ok here we are Friday night at 7pm. No toilet at our site. So, where the heck did they put it? I called, they don't know. They said they'll contact operations. Who has not as of now ever called us. When I Tried again Friday night they Said they would get in touch with operations. Sound familiar? What an inept company. They took 3 contact numbers and never called. This particular spot is the center harbor service. Very bad..."
"We had overflowing toilets at our wedding, thanks to United Site Services. We had seen negative reviews for United, and decided to go with a smaller local company - Dave’s Septic - for our wedding. Unfortunately Dave’s got purchased by United a few weeks before our wedding. No one reached out to us to tell us about the change so I had to track down the new contact information. When they arrived a few days before the wedding to drop off the trailer (we had one of the nice 16’ trailers for our outdoor wedding), the man said he had brought it directly from another event and needed to clean it before I could look at it. Since there was a lot going on, I didn’t think much of it. Fast-forward to our reception - the men’s room started backing up and draining sewage into the trailer. Our 100 guests didn’t have a bathroom to use. We called United about the emergency and they refused to come out - since it was late. My poor bridesmaids had to redirect people to our private facilities during the reception. United eventually refunded me in full - but the terrible experience on my wedding day remains."
"We used them in August for a party & had a great experience. The people we spoke with to set up the rental were very helpful and went back/forth with us as we decided what we needed. We ended up going with two of their higher end units and an outdoor wash station. We were having a large BBQ and having water to wash up was a great addition. Delivery was prompt and the gentleman who delivered the units was very helpful in placing them around the field. The units were clean and in good condition. They were delivered on a Thursday and picked up on a Monday. No issues. We'll definitely use them again next year."
