"Food does not smell like what it is. Fries taste like cheese. Chicken nuggets is soggy. The chicken seemed as if it smelled like plastic. Fries don't taste good."

"After a 30 minute wait we inquired as to our order. Was told that it would be 15 more minutes. We asked why we weren’t informed at the time of order that it would be that long because we had a three hour drive ahead and the rude toothless kitchen staff member told us that if we have a three hour drive that maybe we could go to the back and cook ourselves !!! Extremely rude, unprofessional and ghetto staff. We then asked to cancel our order and get refunded and was told by jack o lantern face that there will be no refunds. So we left without our food or our money. A place staffed like this deserves to shut down."

"WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 Stars if I could !!!!!!!!!! Ordered online the order was not ready the staff VERY RUDELY said they were NOT Responsible. Offered no help except said I could reorder and pay again even after I showed my order number and confirmation number. Seems to me the proper way to handle this situation would have been to take my order number and check with online ordering apologize for the problem and make my order asap. Instead I was Told by the woman at the front counter TO TAKE A WALK and Don't come back.And YES I WAS ANGRY but not unruly or out of control. I asked if they knew of a place to get some GOOD Fried Chicken, and left. Contacted Customer Service when I got home they Were very polite and started a refund for the credit card I used HOWEVER THE DAMAGE IS DONE AND I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER KFC..................EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"First off I’d like to say I have worked in fast food before and know it can be difficult sometimes but, that doesn’t make it okay to be rude to customers or other employees. I got the big box classic sandwich with nuggets, fries and a soda. The sandwich was great but, the nuggets were cold. The fries were cold and tasted like week old fry oil. The soda I got was a root beer and it tasted flat. My mother got a big box 5 piece tender, fries, coleslaw and a biscuit. The tenders were okay. The fries were cold and as I said before tasted like week old fry oil. The coleslaw had no flavor. The biscuit was rock solid and cold. She did not eat the biscuit because it was too hard. (She always eats her biscuits and my dad’s or mine.) My father got a tenders combo 5 piece tender, fries and a biscuit. The tenders were okay. The fries he got tasted old stale and were cold he also got way less fries than my mom and I did. His biscuit was also cold and solid. One of the staff members was swearing and yelling at the other employees (she had two dermal piercings on her right cheek below her eye.) She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such rudeness at that restaurant before. We usually stop there once a month but, after the low quality, cold food and the extreme rudeness of employees we will not be going there anymore."

"The chicken pot pie is just ok. The taste is a bit off. I suspect it’s not fresh although it’s hot and cooked. The chicken nuggets are terrible. Each piece of nugget is smaller than one piece of popcorn chicken. They are triple the size in a different KFC restaurant. The restaurant is dirty. No napkins. No cutlery. Won’t return."
