"My son is a patient here and every time we are in need of something he is taken care of. The staff is always friendly, respectful and go out of there way for my son. If his PCP isn't available they check if another provider can see him or they tell us what to do. The after hours on call is a great piece of mind when needing care on the weekends. They treat you like family and I wouldn't recommend any other location for more personal, compassionate and respectful Healthcare."

"I have gone here since I was a child and used to think it was a good place.... Until I grew up and took off the rose colored glasses. Misdiagnosed for 10 years. The receptionists are rude and to be frank don't have a clue how to do their job and treat you like a burden. The doctors are condescending if you're not elderly or in perfect health. Getting necessary perscriptions refilled takes days of calling and waiting for a call back. Waited two weeks for a referral just to find out said referral doesn't even take my insurance. Them having a cute little convenient lab downstairs for bloodwork is not worth the stress and headache to go here. Just don't do it. I wish I could take back all of the times I recommended them to friends and family in the past. I can't even count how many customers, I mean patients, I have sent their way. Because those I have recommended them to aren't having any easier of a time than I am."

I continue to get an answering machine and continue to leave messages. 7 calls, 5 weeks later, 5 messages left and they have not returned any of my calls. I still cannot get ahold of a person. Obviously they do not need patients, you might not want to waste your time..."

I was told they "would get back to me soon" to schedule the appointment. Seven weeks later, they have not returned my call. Obviously they don't need new patients, so you might not want to waste your time."
