"We had cheese and beef fondue. The beef fondue was made with thin strips of tenderloin steak formed into small rolls for convenient cooking which were tender and delicious. Chicken broth was used instead of oil, resulting in a very pleasant texture and taste. The cheese fondue, made from an authentic Swiss cheese. Our kids loved the cheese fondue (without alcohol - you can request it) The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The ambiance made us feel we were back in Switzerland. The food is not cheap, but the ingredients were excellent and good quality."

"We were quite a fan of fondue. We enjoyed the salads, mushroom soup, raclette, cheese fondue, beef tenderloin fondue, and the chocolate fondue, and we were very satisfied. The food is authentic and delightful just like what we had in our recent visit to Switzerland. The fondue was perfectly balanced. The restaurant itself is extremely cozy and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. Exceptional service all around. We will definitely be back on our next trip back to Stowe."
