"I keep reading about how this bike shop is so great. And how affordable there bikes are. Unless your income is 6figures+ there is nothing cheap about this bike shop. Wife Broght in 2 bikes a couple years ago they had 2 flat tires from sitting for a wile and I didn't have a bike pump cause we had just moved and we misplaced it and she wanted us to go out and ride with the kid it cost 400+prepandemic just to pump up some tires that to my knowledge were most likely fine and to as they said do a tuneup how ever they came back and they hadn't even reoiled the chains so I'm not sure what a tuneup consists of and even if they did 400$to change 2 intertubes and do nothing else that I could see seems silly but alas I recently popped in here to ask them to adjust my gears because I was curious what they would charge me they said they would have to keep the bike over night and it would cost 120$ that's crazy cause 10min and a YouTube video and it was all set didn't take an overnight and didn't cost no 120$ just had to spin a knob left or right on the handle bar and by the swing are a couple times and spin the wheel and switch gears till they started acting right. If you don't care about waisting 100's or I'm sure in some cases 1000s on absolutely nothing then this is the place for you a fast google search of bike shops in leominster mass will find you a guy that will do it for 5 or 10$"

"Great place! Lot's of impressive bikes here, and friendly people. I recently bought an ebike online to be delivered here and it was very well built and adjusted. I felt a little bad since my friend said that online purchase pick-ups don't actually benefit lbs's...could be wrong. I'll be sure to come back to make up for it! Highly recommended."
