"I have called multiple times and left messages to please call me back about my son’s shoe insert script and no one ever calls back."
"My mom has seen her Dr for many years, but the administration in the last few years has made it near impossible for her to get the care she needs. They constantly bump her appointment because she is a Medicare patient. They also time her appointments and at one point even had a minder outside the door to let the doc know when time was up. She has a complex set of medication and medical issues. Her doctor said she wanted to know if she needs to be seen for anything. My mom was out of town and was recommended a medication she had never had before for an Illness, when we tried to call to get conformation from her Dr that she was ok with her taking it. When we called the nurse said they showed no medication on file at all, and didn’t bother to try to give her a recommendation or get a hold of her Dr. So either the administration is completely incompetent and didn’t have her long list of medications on file or the nurses just didn’t want to deal with it. Now my mom didn’t take the medication and is very ill. Unfortunately there aren’t many options for care in the area, but at this point we are looking into the possibility of getting my mom moved. It stinks because the Dr is good but the administration seems to make it impossible for the Dr to give proper care to patients that have issues more than a normally healthy person with a cold."
"The phone number is 747 (the poor guy who keeps getting phone calls - we apologize)"
