"I couldn't find my husband's Rx. I called and spoke to the male Pharmacist who checked their surveillance tapes to first make sure I had picked it up and not someone else. He called me back and said it was actually me and said he would see what he could do to help. After going through our Rx bottles for the fourth time, I realized it was in a white bottle instead of the normal amber one. It was definitely my fault and I called and spoke to a young sounding female and asked her to relay my sincere apologies to him. He went out of his way to help even after viewing me picking up the Rx on the tape. It is fantastic knowing how helpful and non-judgemental your employees are. I would recommend them to anyone ."
