"What a GEM of a restaurant. HIGHLY recommended. We had breakfast and everything was DELICIOUS!! The husband is a talented chef and the wife a lovely, kind hostess. We had the Crêpe Benedict with Croissant and the Spinach Quiche (also served with a croissant). Our lovely hostess recommended the almond croissant and it was AMAZINGLY delicious. Again, highly recommended. Please take the short detour from the highway and visit this wonderful establishment!!"
"The seafood crepe was amazing, creamy and succulent. The almond croissant was flaky and tender. Coleslaw was excellent as well. The perfect rest stop for our road trip. Staff was super friendly and considerate. Will definitely come again."
"Lovely French restaurant. Owners are from France and brought the delicious food of France with them to share. Atmosphere includes both indoor and outdoor seating. Food is delicious. Prices are very fair. Highly recommend. We will be back soon."
"My companions and I were fortunate to stumble upon Quiche et Crêpe during our road trip from Montreal to New York City. Walking into the eatery felt like returning home. The establishment is run by a hospitable couple who, we suspect, are also the owners. Their palpable passion is interwoven throughout the entire menu. Our breakfast was composed of farm-fresh eggs, sourced from a local distributor, which brought a delightful freshness to our plates. The standout feature, however, was the multilingual staff - the woman serving us could converse in French. This was a delightful surprise for us Montrealers, enabling us to order in our mother tongue and enjoy a warm chat. The restaurant’s terrace is a charm, bathing in generous sunlight and inviting relaxation. Admittedly, both the exterior and interior of the establishment may appear somewhat dated, but don’t let that deter you. The aesthetics in no way overshadow the excellence of their cuisine or the quality of their service. And a note to sweet lovers - the dessert display was too tempting! We’ll certainly be making a return visit to indulge in those delightful-looking treats. Quiche et Crêpe is truly a hidden gem along this route, mixing comfort and culinary delight."
"Outdoor dining extrordinaire! We had no idea there was a beautiful little spot out back for pup friendly patio dining. We parked behind the building and walked right up to the deck/patio for a beautiful delicious dinner and had our pups leashed next to us at the table so they didn’t have to sit in the van. The owners brought out a water dish for them too. We asked them to recommend two dishes from the great menu and were so amazed how delicious. I highly recommend this place to eat and will stop in now anytime I’m in Plattsburgh. The sidewalk bistro tables out front by the parking lot only give a clue to how nice the courtyard out back is. The interior of the restaurant is lovely too. What a lucky find for us, I hope they never retire."
