On the financial side, Kathleen was amazingly polite, helpful and transparent. What impressed me the most was the efficiency and thoroughness of the team, including the anesthesiologist, prior to my procedure. I could see that the team collaborated skillfully, totally focused and aware of the patient and each other's function. They all treated me with respect, adding personal touches to an outstanding quality of medical care. I went home ready to tackle the day as if nothing happened. The follow up was excellent as well. "Make sure you have plenty of time. I got there at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment. I checked in and was given paperwork and told to fill it out outside (outside????) and they would call me. 2:45 I get the call and went inside. Waited 5 minutes or so and was taken to an exam room. Then I wait...... I hear the doctor go into the exam room next to mine. This is around 3:20. Then I wait....... 3:30 rolls around and I get up and leave. I guess the doctor's time is more valuable then everyone else's."
