"We had a tragic loss in the family, and sought help dealing with the grief. After we waited two weeks for her first available appointment, Dr. McCann called the morning of the appointment and cancelled it, saying the insurance coverage was "unacceptable". There was no offer to let me pay the difference. I got the distinct impression that she simply didn't want to handle our case."
