"Have had good experiences here before. After today I'd rather go to convient md.. got here at 10am for cough, raspy breathing and chest discomfort... just got into the room (1jr 45 minuyes later) and yet to see a dr... 2 hrs later.. with everyone under the sun going in before me even when they arrived after me. And 3/4 of them were dot physicals..."

"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED WALK-IN URGENT CARE. I had great experiences here in the past but they combined occupational health with urgent care since then so if you go for urgent care you are at the bottom of the priority list and will have to wait a very long time. I came here today after experiencing severe acute back pain and after waiting 1.5 hours while in tremendous pain and seeing person after person who came in after me be treated before me, I asked how long it may take and they said there were still at least 2 people ahead of me (despite there being only 1 person in the waiting room at that point). I ended up cancelling my request to be seen and left as I needed to lay down due to my acute back pain. Whatever hospital administrator thought up combining urgent urgent care and occupational health (likely to cut costs) should be fired, or at least made to sit in the urgent care waiting room for hours with a bunch of visibly sick/infectious people. Go somewhere else if you need walk-in urgent care."

"We walked in ten minutes before closing the night before a holiday and the entire staff from the man who opened up the hospital door for us because we went to the wrong entrance to the front desk, nurse and provider were all very friendly and accommodating to ensure we got the treatment that we needed (without being rushed) while being away from home and they went above & beyond to ensure we had the medicine we needed until we could fill our prescription. We are grateful for the high level of care we received for our little one and would highly recommend them."
