Lovely nails and spa

"I go here all the time and usually have a good experience. Today I spent 2 hours in there for an acrylic refill. I wanted french tips with small flowers on them. They came out cute but she charged me 58 dollars. I was not told that the flowers would be 18 dollars extra. I left a tip but I did call about the price. I explained that I thought 2 hours was lengthy and I had other obligations after my appointment. She told me that I “didn’t make it clear I had plans afterwards.”"

"The bottom picture is what I wanted and the top picture is what I got. I compromised a lot like they didnt have to do the design all I wanted was the ombre. They advisetise on their website and on the front of their building that they do ombre!!!! I went our of my way to go to this place just because of the ombre!!! It look like a 2 year old smashed two colors together and then tried to cover it up with sparkles. The woman knew it looked horrible to because she went looking for the sparkles with out asking me. I had the dip and she put so many coats on my nails that the thickness is so uncomfortable whenever I move my fingers. It took an hour and a half never go to this place"
