"Ok, so the mozzarella sticks were stone cold chunks of cheese. Then the food had a chunk of plastic in it. The chicken pasta and chicken. It is my go to dish it is economical but today's visit really was horrible. The waiter however was excellent."

"We stopped in after a busy day of running around shopping. Austin M. provided great service in a friendly manner. The food was a bit disappointing. My three cheese penne pasta had a very watery sauce and no bread stick. The wife's mashed potatoes were a bit soupy also. One of our entrees was from the 2 for 22 menu and one was from the 2 for 25 menu. That should have averaged out to two for 23.50 however we got a two for 26.50 bill. Seems the only time the place may be worthwhile might be during happy hour."

"Went on Friday to their 19.99 all you can eat boneless wings and fries. The food was good but the service was even better. The waitress was on her game in a very packed restaurant. She kept the dishes coming and had a great attitude! I have to give it to the kitchen staff as well. No long wait! Overall my experience was very satisfying. I definitely recommend dining there."

"I'll start this off by thanking Cody for his above and beyond handling of what is to follow. None of which is any of his doing This adventure starts at 8pm when I decided to order from UberEats, this was my first mistake admittedly. My order was ready for pick up at 8:57. Some time after 10:20 my food arrived cold. Begrudgingly and out of sheer hunger I chose to open my plastic packaging only to be greeted by a plastic bag full of green beans. I'm not sure which is worse, microwaving green beans or forgetting to take them out of the bag afterwards. Either way I can't see myself ordering from Crapplebees again."
