"Great experiences at the pharmacy. Very helpful and professional. I have had a number of vaccinations there, they often fit me in as a walk-in, and appointments are easy to get. During Covid, I paid for Covid tests elsewhere, it was Shaw's that pointed out the tests were free under my insurance, and they had them in stock when others did not. I am in the process of moving my prescriptions from Kinney's. I notice the negative reviews below are about the grocery store, not the pharmacy..."

"I sometimes shop there, but customer service didn't want to help me, before I tried to explain that the gallon water spilled and left a track he said his waiting for the worker to come back. I had to tell him can I leave the spilled water there? He said yes, has I walked away he serviced a customer behind me with no problem. So what happened to the worker he was covering for? I'm a customer so what the case is serve me. He was young ( nothing against that) but Shaws what's the problem? Your workers pick and choose who they're going to help. Oh and he didn't call for a clean up on the spilled water."
