"When I went to doctor Lawrence he was very rude and fought me to not take my braces off. I was born with a cleft palate and he did not care that I was getting frequent infections and in constant pain. My cleft palate was slowly ripping and he did not care I even had my SURGEON call him and she had said that I have barely any bone in the roof of my mouth and he was still insisting that if I did not do what he wanted done he would not take the braces off. I also had a tooth coming through the roof of my mouth no one believed me. When the tooth finally came all the way through doctor Lawrence thought it was a great idea to put a chain on the tooth and every time I visited his office he would tighten the chain and I would explain my pain and crying because it was getting to be to much until I had to get reconstruction surgery on my cleft palate 2017. My surgeon had to repair the damage that was done but I'm still in pain to this day. I do not recommend this orthodontist because of how much pain he put me through and refusing to take off the braces he put on me. I recommend Alexander Orthodontics in Queensbury they are very professional and listen to you."
