"Looking at the reviews, clearly she’s not a very professional dentist. I’m leaving a review for her professionalism as a person. This woman had a hissy fit on the Mass Pike as it was busy as always and I couldn’t move out of her way fast enough so she threw something out her car window at my car, going 90+ mph! I couldn’t believe it! My child was in the car, theres so many ‘what ifs’ I could write a short novel! She seems like a real peach! I wouldn’t dare trust her with anything never mind my 1 set of teeth! Be cautious!"

"Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute joke of a practice. The most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Avoid this “practice” at all costs. Had to have procedure redone by a proper dentist just weeks after having done by “Dr” Gina Canale. (Whom attempted to do a simple composite build up not once but twice and still couldn’t do it right the second time) I could do a better job with my eyes closed. Oh and they’ll withhold your patient information from you when you go to a different practice."

"I was waiting on insurance approval to get impressions for dentures. (Or so I thought) I waited 6 months and I know this because they called me for another cleaning. I was in too much pain to have a cleaning done as I was waiting on impressions to get my top dental extractions. I called to see if insurance had approved my impressions yet and I was told by the receptionist that because of my insurance they would lose money so they wouldn’t do the dentures at their office. (I have Medicaid-CDPHP/Dental Dental) So I decided to go ahead with the extractions because of the pain and now I’m without dentures while searching for a new provider. I also had to have a bottom tooth pulled that could of had a root canal but because of the 6 month wait I no longer could. Now why couldn’t I have been told from the start they wouldn’t do the impressions? The way they told me also about losing money was not tactful. I will no longer go to this office."

"Never in my life have I cried at the dentist until I sat in the chair at this office. From the very beginning the hygienist was making comments about my teeth. I will give her this she did a very good job with the cleaning but the rude and snarky comments I could’ve done without. At one point she asked me if I was in pain and my response was “just emotional”. When Dr Canale came in it took a turn for the worse. I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully in my life. I’m too embarrassed to even repeat what was said to me but know it was incredibly rude and it was out in the open where everyone in the office was able to hear the rude things being said to me. I left crying. I will never go back there again. Dentists like this are why people have anxiety to go see a dentist in the first place. Do not go here. There are plenty of other dentists in this area who won’t make you feel awful about yourself or fearful about going to see them. I wish I had read reviews before I went. It’s easy to spot the reviews written in earnest vs the ones the office asked people to write."

"I absolutely love Gina Canale's work. She was able to fix a huge dental problem for me, efficiently, affordably and my smile is beautiful again. Some people are very misunderstanding of her nature. She not rude, and she is a people person. Shes just honest and tough and that i admire. I have recommended many people to see her."
