"Rude, unhelpful, basically zero customer service. I was a patient there, they removed me as being a patient without telling me and left me to dry with an ongoing infection."

"extremely poor patient service. my mother and i went in a few months ago regarding a few cavities i had, for some back ground information i’ve always had a bit of dental anxiety. have had many bad experiences revolving dentist office’s. when me and my mother went into the office the dental assistant was extremely kind, and understanding of my anxiety, but the actual dentist herself was extremely rude. talked over my mother when she tired to explain my symptoms because i simply really couldn’t get the words out, and told her that she needed to speak with me NOT her. continuing on, we began to start to talk about the fillings, and the novocain injection and i started to get a bit more nervous and the dentist proceeded to tell me and my mother she refused to do anything because i was “shaking like a leaf and needed to act my age a bit more” all while sighing under her breath, i’ve never been more uncomfortable and ashamed of myself in my life like i did leaving the office that day. no office should make their patients feel ashamed or unwanted in their environment. i’m not the type of person to go online and bash companies, i understand it’s a lot of time and work but please be ware."

"Went in with a friend to try and resolve not only a tooth issue, but a gender marker issue, as they misgendered my friend twice on documents. Instead of taking responsibility for said issues, they continued to deflect all blame. Tried to express to the dentist herself about just treating someone respectfully and not misgender people, and she kept interrupting me and not even letting me speak. Would absolutely not recommend anyone who is LGBTQIA+ to come to this dentistry AT ALL. Find somewhere else."

"Absolutely horrible service and customer service. Severe discrimination as well. Tried to resolve an error between office papers and insurance regarding gender marker since they wrongfully placed me as the incorrect gender, regardless of mine being the correct gender most of my life even before moving out here- I had to correct them twice on the matter, only to be treated dismissively and defensively. Upon seeing the dentist herself, repeatedly spoke over me when I was requesting to be properly gendered. Would not recommend this office to any LGBTQ+ individuals in the area."
