Most recently, when I had my septic tank routinely pumped, I was able to call and easily schedule an appointment that accommodated my schedule. I questioned them about a "Riser" to go over my "Inspection - Pumping" plate and was given a very reasonable price for them to install one, or the the price for just the parts with instructions, should I wish to do the work myself. I was not pressured in any way to purchase one or hire them to do the work. I opted to purchase the parts from them, and very simply installed it myself with their directions. When I went to the company location in Loudon to pick up the parts, I met the owner "Paul" and the office staff, who were very friendly and made you feel like family or a friend rather than just a customer. The owner even took time in his busy day to show me around the property and his operation. There are other Septic Services out there, but I have used BEST for a while now, and found them to be professional, friendly, accommodating, with competitive pricing and I would definitely recommend them!"
