"My kid came down with an earache in the middle of the night during our vacation in Lincoln, NH, and we trekked to Cottage Hospital ER. We were the only ones there and were saw immediately. Super nice and caring team with great care. Would have been a bit faster to go to Plymouth or Littleton, but the remote nature of this hospital actual got us seen faster. Would revisit."

"I have gone into the ER for my toddler a few times (croup) and they were always fantastic. This time I went in for myself as I am pregnant and hadn’t kept food, fluids, or meds down for 24 hours and was dizzy. My midwife at DHMC told me to go into the nearest ER. The receptionist at Cottage laughed at me when she relayed to the doctor that I was in for “severe” morning sickness (she rolled her eyes). They sent a nurse out who suggested I eat ginger. I insisted I needed more. Finally when I got inside, the nurse made disparaging remarks about my concerns. The doctor was great and quickly ordered me fluids via IV and further testing which showed I had the flu and needed immediate antihistamines to protect the pregnancy. The nurse hooked up the IV and said she’d come back with a blanket as the IV fluid can make you cold, but she never came back. She left me for an hour shaking, cold, and alone. The whole experience took over 4 hours while my husband and toddler waited in the car. I felt mocked and forgotten by all supporting staff."

"I was sent here to ray of hope psychiatric until. Lili and the nurses were very nice. I came out of there last week and the meds that Dr. Moaks put me on has been a disaster. For someone who is supposed to be an expert he certainly made me worse. I am now trying to recover fanr meeting with my psychiatrist weekly so I can avoid another hospital I filleed a grievance regarding the physician assistant Mike but nobody has even gotten back to me and I'm sure going to call back there to let them know how arrogant and insensitive he was. ."

"My son recently visited this medical facility and unfortunately had a unpleasant experience. He sought medical attention for a health issue, and once he was place in a room, the doctor on duty that night (there was one doctor and three nurses) inquired about the reason for his visit. My son explained his situation, but the doctor questioned why he did not go to Planned Parenthood instead. Given my son is not familiar with that facility nor that city, the doctor commented on the rarity of his diagnosis for a male. Subsequently, a nurse requested a specimen from my son. Following his, he was instructed to return the next day for further testing. Its puzzling why a doctor would inquire about Planned Parenthood when my son urgently needed medical attention. Its seem inappropriate and insensitive, as my son was seeking care at Cottage Hospital. The doctor's comments raise concerns about the medical ethic practiced at Cottage Hospital."
