"I live in MA and they still took me on as a customer. The staff is so nice and easy to deal with. They go out of their way to help. In late June of 2023 I called about an issue with my AC. They didn't have any openings for two weeks but got me in in one week. It was diagnosed quickly that I needed a coil for my Lennox air handler. The day it was received the technicians were out the next day. They were knowledgeable about replacing the unit and stayed until it was installed even though it was past their working time. I have used this company for three years and have never been disappointed."
