"Since JP Pest was bought out, the service has not been the same. We left JP Pest for multiple reasons and the discovery today by our new pest company solidified our concerns of service over the past year. Bait stations in basements should be changed at each interior visit. The picture attached is one of 2 bait stations found today with this level of mold, the third bait station was completely empty. Do yourself a favor when hiring a pest control company and chose a local small town company who will tailor their service to your home. A company who will not have a revolving door of employees. A company who will not have different techs with different opinions of how control should be dealt with. A company who calls the customer back in a timely manner and who doesn’t require 5 phone calls for a wildlife issue that ultimately forced this customer to find another service to execute the job. JP Pest once was your small town local pest company. It is sad to see the decline in services as they have grown beyond the capability of quality control."
