"My wife and I have been seeing Dr H for a few years and love it. He’s a super nice guy and is the the only dentist that can give me a shot or pull a tooth without hurting me. He also noticed my wife was uncomfortable with her smile because she had a long gum line and he wanted to help her and raised her gun line and now she doesn’t mind smiling. Thanks Dr H and all of the staff for making us feel comfortable."

"Extremely disappointed with their lack of communication. I would have been a new patient and had filled out the form on their website. I waited for a response, but after a week, I called. The receptionist informed me that there were no available appointments for the next 10 months. A week later, the same receptionist called about my online request for an appointment. She seemed annoyed and confused. It was the same person I had talked to before. This time, apparently they could accept me, but after waiting 2 weeks (from my initial contact), and being rudely told they were just booked forever, I had moved on. I would suggest if you aren't receiving new patients, just respond. Maybe have your receptionist revisit her organizational and people skills."
