"Went in for teeth cleaning and was told I would need to have my teeth scraped and would need at least four appointments and Novocain to numb my mouth. Appointment made. I cancelled due to car troubles and rescheduled. They cancelled on me so I made another appointment which they also cancelled. None ever got back to me to reschedule. It's been years since then my teeth continue to go untreated."

"Wow completely hostile. Took my autistic daughter in for help with a tooth evaluation. My daughter had a bunch of cold tests and didn’t want another. So the endodontist excused herself from the room and said talk it over. I called my wife who is a physician assistant to ask if there was any reason to be there if sedation wasn’t an option at this dentist. (Speaking quietly)And the endodontist hurriedly came back into the room to say get off the phone. After being out of the room for maybe 1-2 minutes. Then was extremely short and abrasive the remainder of the visit. At the end she just said have a good day and walked out. Leaving my daughter and I in the chair with the bib on and no further direction. Until I said…. Ok can we get up and go now or…. And she came back in and was continuously hostile. I guess one of her triggers is someone on their phone for a minute to talk to their medical professional wife about the best route for their autistic daughter. Which is unfortunate that there was no patience for that. Even though it was explained multiple times to the staff. I have been in customer service and understand patience and consideration of people doing their job… but this was inappropriate."

"I had a root canal today and it went surprisingly well considering that I have a massive phobia of dental work being performed. They made sure to continue checking on me throughout the procedure as I was trying to be as still as possible while controlling my breathing. I've had some bad experiences in the past but this was not bad at all compared to what I have experienced prior."

"Today I had a root canal procedure done at Community Dental in Shorewell. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Every one that worked there had great energy. You can tell they love their job. Each time the dentist was going to do a different step in the procedure she advised me. Her assistant and the dentist kept checking on me to see if I was okay. I recommend this dentist 100% for root canal. It’s been almost seven hours and I have no pain in my tooth just a little swelling which is expected. I thought this procedure was going to be painful after the fact and it’s not bad at all."
