More than once we've been told by guests that they never tell anyone about our place, since they want to enhance their chances of availability when they call. I have similar feelings with Doc Sarandev. Doc has always been thoughtful and thorough. He has a good sense of humor and his staff is as good as it gets. He is efficient and needs to get his work done in a timely manner, since he does his best to see as many of those in need as possible. Out here in the middle of the mountains, someone like Doc is a rare find. Let's face it, there's little worse than dealing with tooth pain, you just can't get away from it. His office will fit you in if they can, and here's the dirty little secret....If you are in bad enough pain, he'll make every attempt to see you outside of regular hours if possible. Being from Buffalo and having utilized the UB Dental School (one of the best in the nation) for much of my needs back then, I felt an instant connection when I learned that is where he had studied. When I arrived they adhered to the appointment time and were friendly and cheerful despite a busy office.
