"My family has always enjoyed Dr Dahlin as their dentist for generations. Today’ hygentist (new to us) was sub par in my opinion. I’ve worked with children in emergency and non emergency healthcare for 16+ years. It takes time, patience and over exaggerated kindness. Not what I saw today with his exam/cleaning. In addition, when a 5 year old boy wants a princess toothbrush for his 2 year old sister too... you praise him for his thoughtfulness and give him one. Not say “no, just one”. It is the little things that make an experience for a family. Still love the practice and will continue to go there but I thought this review was necessary."
