"I gave them a letter from the state saying we owed additional taxes for the last two years. I gave them a copy of that letter a month ago and when I called today to follow up they hung up on me, refused to answer when I called back, and would not provide a call back time. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. When she did call back she said they held no responsibility even though she admitted not finding all the forms and suggesting that is why VT did an audit. My recommendation...run"
