"I’m a new patient with several issues, including extreme sensitivity, and everyone at this practice was super nice and professional. Dr. Penney was awesome. He did a most thorough exam and was cautious not to cause me any pain. He explained everything I could expect in detail, taking a great deal of time with me. The office is in a beautiful old Victorian and is very modern, comfortable and clean. I feel confident in the care I will receive here and would highly recommend this practice. I am updating this review as I recently moved to Massachusetts and had the unfortunate experience of going to a corporate-type dental practice, where the hygienists are known by letter (A, B, C etc) I suppose due to high turnover. The exam was rushed and the dentist was more interested in how much insurance I have than anything else. You can't go wrong with Dr. Penney! Everyone at this practice is professional and welcoming, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Penney always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was feeling and what my concerns might be. He thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and always listened to my thoughts regarding treatment and made suggestions. Diane understood how sensitive my teeth are and was careful not to cause any discomfort during cleaning. I will miss this practice and if it wasn't a 5 hour drive away, I would not hesitate to go back."

"I’m a relatively new patient, yet my experience has been good thus far. I got my first crown ever, they did a really good job with the final product. The process was a little more painful than I would have liked but overall it was a positive encounter. Cleanings with Jodi are always great - thanks Jodi! Dr. Greg is direct and practical. He tells you like it is and does good work. The admin staff are capable and friendly, and make their processes quick and easy. The other staff I’ve met or worked with have been friendly and helpful. I’m satisfied with their services, out of pocket prices are high but seem reasonable compared to other dentists I’ve worked with. I would recommend Penney & Dunkling."
