"I have never written a negative review for any where before, but this office treated me so poorly I feel like I need to share my experience. I came in with a filling in a tooth and left with the filling not there (I noticed this not the Dr). When I came back in for them to address the issue no explanations were given to me. I was just told I would need a new filling and it would cost X amount. I became visibly upset at this point and questioned why I should have to pay for her scrapping my filling out of my mouth. This was not about the money, it was about me having to pay for a (perceived) mistake someone else made. Only after I was visibly upset did she go on to explain that fillings have to already be compromised for them to come out at all and her scrapping would not have removed a healthy filling. I apologized for snapping and Dr Sperry said she would be willing to do the filling, but understood if I wanted to see someone else. I said no it is fine I just want it fixed. I scheduled an appointment and left, still a little teary eyed (I'm sensitive) and that was it. Until I went in for the appointment for the filling, when I show up the receptionist can't find the appointment. It turns out that the very day I made it Dr Sperry canceled it without ever notifying me because "she thought I would not be back". This entire situation could have been avoided with just the slightest of bed side manor. It could have been avoided if she had explained why a filling would come out during an appointment before presenting me with a bill. It even could have been avoided by saying that "I don't think this Dr patient relationship will work", but instead I took time off of work to show up to an appointment that SHE canceled the very day I made it without so much as the decency to tell me. I'm not a dentist, I don't know if this experience is a sign of her giving poor medical care, but I do know it is a sign of having poor communication and compassion skills."

"Dr. Sperry was our Dentist for the 3 1/2 years we lived in VT. In the 4 years since...we've lived in 4 different places and NOBODY comes close to being as good a Dentist as Dr. Sperry is. The Dental Hygienist was also fantastic. We truly miss the professionalism...but Tucson to Burlington is too far to travel for Dental health...lol"

"Dr. Sperry's office and staff are all amazing. I've had cavities drilled, x-rays and cleanings and they've all been great. I honestly don't get all the trash people are talking about Dr. Sperry's "shaky hands" in the reviews here, it just looks like bullying. She's given me novocaine and drilled cavities plenty of times with less pain than anywhere else I've gone. She's very attentive and hires staff who love their job and do great work like her. I've had cleanings done by Bobbi and Sarah and they're both amazing. The last few were with Bobbi and she's always so patient and gentle. I always ask her about how to take better care of my teeth and she always has super awesome info for me."

"I was a patient here 5 years ago and recently moved back to the area and was delighted to be able to return. Dr. Sperry is kind and professional, Bobbi the hygienist is very non-shaming, explains everything in a very grounded and friendly way, and gives the most gentle and thorough cleanings I have ever had. Lani the office manager has consistently been warm and patient with the annoying insurance complications I had to deal with. I experience this office as LGBTQ+ affirming as I once mentioned my queer relationship and they even remembered my partner's name and asked about her once I returned, which I really appreciate!"
