"You don't know anything Jocelyn,I worked for ACDC 10 years ago. I left on great terms and still have relationships with former colleagues . I clearly thought enough of the office to handle my issue and was considerate enough to cancel with advanced notice as to not mess up your daily schedule. To suggest that something from a decade ago would prompt me to write a dishonest review of your practice is ridiculous . Whoever answered the phone had a really crappy attitude. I thought it might be a good thing for you to know that is very off putting for your potential patients and you had room to improve. OG Review: Having a significant dental issue 2 months after moving back to Vermont, I was told ACDC was no more but that Bristol Park had bought it out and that they were good as Dr. St.Amand by a friend. Being a dental professional, I understood why their first available was 6 weeks out, I took it anyway. I was desperate. As fate would have it, 2 weeks prior to my long awaited appointment an excellent dentist crossed my path and immediately took care of my issue. So, knowing how vital it is to give notice of cancellation in dentistry (we hold time just for you!) I called yesterday to do just that, and explained that unfortunately despite waiting a month for this appointment I would have to cancel. And she nastily replied, "the 23rd??!? Like....Ummmm,next week.?" How is that a month? I was trying to be courteous but y'all need new people (not only who understand basic math) but who know how deal with dental patients in pain and those who are also no longer in pain and could have been lifelong established patients along with their family of 6. What a shame. First impressions are everything."
