"This is a great little mountain! Family owned and super friendly and cozy environment. Reasonably priced and interesting trails. Great for beginners and intermediate riders and skiers but there are a few places for experts as well. The tubing looks fun and it's great that you don't have to do much climbing or walking to where you need to be. Even though it's been a rough winter for maintaining snow, they've done pretty well with production and there weren't too many icy places like I've seen elsewhere. Highly recommend the ski lessons for all ages as well!"

"Great place for skiing! I had a ton of fun on the beginner and intermediate slopes. I'm not a great skier or anything, but it was busy, so the more advanced slopes must've been as fun as the beginner slopes! My friends seemed to have fun on the black diamond they have. Staff were super helpful and kind, and the price was fair for both the lift pass and rentals. I'll be back for sure!"

"Willard is a great little mountain, close by Troy area and not overly priced. Wonderful ski and board learning lessons, MOST of the instructors really take thier time with the kids (and adults). They also have tubing which is always busy. The magic carpet lift for tubing is shared with the larger beginner area so it can be quite congested during peak and lesson times. Parking lot folks up fast, get there early! I went there and got a beginner area only pass since I took an 10-11 yr hiatus from boarding since I had my daughter, who is now taking lessons here."
