"I've had nothing but great experiences from this company. I had Scott change out the sand and replace a broken lateral in the filter with no issues, and then later had them close the pool and install a new safety cover. Everything has been flawless and the pool was the cleanest I've ever seen it since purchasing the house 3 years ago. Would absolutely recommend and hire again for future work. Also, these guys don't try to get you to buy a bunch of chemicals and stuff you don't need, ie: they aren't /salesmen/ and their prices are fair for the market around here. And, for those curious, I didn't have to purchase my safety cover from them in order to install it which was extra nice and saved me a lot of money by being able to shop for it off season and getting installed on my own schedule."

"I have to say we are extremely disappointed. We opened and closed our pool prior with good standing. We are selling the home - we needed an inspection done - Staff indicated a full open was not required. The new homeowners drove down from Canada. Bakers showed up 2 hours late, and charged me for a full open. The young woman gave incorrect information and they charged for a full open. Would not recommend- Staff not knowledgeable of services and fee’s. Taking ownership being a business owner covers your staff as well. The communication Was extremely unprofessional and they were not willing to own up to the accountability of the lack of staff’s ability . They refuse to correct the billing. Later to state that the new owner asked to leave the pool open. Sellers hired bakers. Highly disappointed. Extremely unprofessional."
