"I normally go to the another Golden nails about 10 minutes away but they were closed so I tried here. Here was way nicer in terms of facilities, but definitely higher prices. .maybe mall price,. Well for gel service as I observed. Good service however. Great service and no reason except that I could get same service for less would be my only reason for not switching from my current salon"

"I took my goddaughter for a manicure as well as myself. I have not been to Golden Nail in a year because I moved away. We went there last week and the service was subpar. One of the owners was trying to push gel nails on us, but it ruins my nails, so I said no, I had to ask the nail technician to cut off a stray nail that he chipped while cutting my nails. My left hand for length did not match my right hand. I love the new place that they're at, but I will say the service is not the same. The minute you sit down they start watching the clock. I paid $42 for two manicures that were not great. I will never go again. I went there for 15 yrs. They increase the prices which I get, but the service does not increase with the price. I'm so sad, because that was my go to place. I already have a place lined up that I use an Holden. I will not drive to Leominster for that anymore. I used to always book my appointments in Leominster because it was worth the drive."

"I went here for the first time today and will definitely be back! All the staff were welcoming and it was very clean. Tina was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing! She suggested a shape that would suite me best and it was definitely appreciated. She is so sweet and so polite as well as fantastic at what she does! She was quick and at the same time thorough and did a beautiful job on my nails. Usually when I get my nails done I do some sort of design and always Glitter nail polish. She picked out a beautiful sparkle Black and helped pick out the nail stickers. It looks simple, cute, and very well done! Thank you Tina! If you make an appointment I would ask for her but they are all great from what I saw."

"It was a walk in for a pedicure. They took me right in. The pedicure was amazing, long and detailed. Mid way I decided I wanted a manicure too. It was going to be kind of a long wait if I waited for the pedicure to be done. So one of the nail techs came to my chair and did my nails (gel) right there while I was getting the pedicure. Amazing service and both pedicure and manicure were very good, my nails look great. I will definitely go back."
