"I'm glad I won't have to bring my pets here moving forward. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to calling back about lab results while your animal is suffering. I've had to call multiple times for blood work and now urinalysis. They said they called me about the blood work, but no missed call or message. I even confirmed my phone number several times. That was a few days ago. Now waiting for the urinalysis results. They told me yesterday they would have them in the morning. I waited until 11am to call them since no call came to me. They confirmed they had results and they are in Dr.'s bin to review after morning appts. Later at 2:45pm and no call still, so I called them. They tell me they just finished with appointments and Dr. will review and call me. My poor cat has been isolated to my bathroom for 6 days now while we try to figure out what we can do for her. Very frustrating. The new female vet who saw my cat seemed freaked out when they saw her Friday. Cleo was just crying and in pain, not trying to bite or scratch. An experienced vet wouldn't have backed away and said we can't fully examine her because she's not rabies vaccinated. She's indoor only and the previous vet didn't seem to have any issued. They must surely be used to cats crying. I said I would even muzzle her if necessary when I called back about them getting urine from my cat. Very unprofessional. Cleo was just laying there and not trying to get up or attack, just screaming loudly and scared. The vet seemed really unsure of herself. Also, they are rather expensive compared with other vets I've called around to inquire with."

I have a dog that needs special attention and procedures for his visits and they go above and beyond to make my dog and me as comfy and safe as possible. I highly recommend this location for any of your pet's needs."

"Outstanding and communicative service. I brought my dog Tuba in for a dental and they were able to book him quickly and the dental was done very thoroughly. I was absolutely blown away the next morning when I realized my dog was now no longer in pain and ate his breakfast heartily which has not been the case in recent months. Highly recommend this vet and staff!! Caring,friendly, kind and understanding"
