"Went in to get my bike checked out. Got an estimate and reserved/booked an appointment with them to drop off my bike to get serviced. Overall, they were very welcoming and properly explained to me what the bike would need in terms of repairs. In addition to that, Robin helped me go through the bike helmets and explained to me very thoroughly about the differences between each bike that they had in stock. They both gave me superb recommendations that came from an objective standpoint, and not just to sell their merchandise. He also asked me if I wanted to take any of the bikes out for a spin. Overall stand up guys! Robert set up my appointment for me and was very cordial and friendly with me. They were knowledgeable about what they were selling, and what the customers needs are/were and how to meet them."
