"I had an issue with a tire I purchased a few days ago from tire warehouse adam took my vehicle in fixed the issue very promptly when I went to leave lights on my dash came on for air pressure sensors I went back in and Adam figured out the issue i bought the part from Joe who also was very prompt and courtesy Everett put the part on and no more issues a great bunch of guys would highly recommend this business to anyone"

"Called on a Monday, was given an appointment time of 3pm for Wednesday. All is well. I arrive around 2:50 pm on Wednesday. The gentleman who assisted me was the same gentleman who assisted me prior over the phone. He seemed a bit clueless on who I was and in regards to my car information, etc. I gave him my key at sat down. After a short period of sitting around, I decided to stroll over to Applebee’s nearby to eat and kill time. Return to Tire Warehouse at 4pm, seeing my car is still parked outside where I left it. I asked an employee when they will get to it. He uttered something and walked away. I asked him for my key. He returned a few minutes later and handed me the key. He said I was next in line. My issue is that the employee appeared as if he couldn’t care less. He offered no apology, no explanation. After he handed me the key, I simply walked out, and will never return. A simple explanation on his end may have kept me hanging around. Horrible impression. I understand busy, short-staffing, etc. If you’re running behind, just let me know. Make an attempt to show you care, even if you don’t. I went there a few times in the past and was pretty satisfied. I understand this current location is under new management. Definitely will not return."
