"I'm a choral director, and my high school choir traveled to Ireland with MCI in March of 2023. Our students and their families enjoyed it so much, that we are headed to Austria in December of 2023 for Advent Sing. I have planned many choir trips over the years, and our trip to Ireland was by far the easiest and most stress-free trip I have taken with my students. Hannah and Tyler took care of every detail, and planned an amazing trip for us. Since Ireland was our first International trip, I had endless questions, which Hannah and Tyler answered in a patient and timely manner. Our families loved having Tyler as our tour manager. We are excited to have him lead our Austria tour, as well. MCI's online payment system is extremely convenient, and a huge timesaver. As a director, I'm grateful that I was able to attend the preview trip to Austria. Manfred planned a wonderful trip, taking us to our future performance venues, and to the restaurants, attractions and hotels that we will be visiting on our trip in December. If you're considering a trip with your music students, I highly recommend Music Contact International. Our families are already asking which country we will be traveling to next!"

"Hello Parents, I write this review for Music Contact International after our child participated in their first Chorus trip with High School and abroad. The trip was to Austria June 1 to 8, 2023. I am very disappointed with the professionalism of Music Contact International. They came to market the trip to Austria at my child's prominent Georgia Public High School in August of 2022. They gave all the parents a PowerPoint with a payment structure depending on how many students signed up and went on the trip. They did not stick to this agreement as marketed at this event. Double the number of students actually went on the trip almost 100 including parent chaperones. When asked about the pricing agreement, the representative just said " have you seen the prices of flights to Europe"? They refused to email the entire group to explain the reasons for not honoring the pricing structure they marketed to the school and parents. On top of this, the Music Contact director did not take any video footage of any of the concerts in Austria for the parents who could not attend which were many. There was no live stream of any of the concerts either. The entire trip of 6 nights in Austria was way over priced for young high school students singing in Europe who don't need lavish hotel accommodations. Our child paid $3,700 dollars for six nights in Austria sharing a room with another students, including economy flights. Please do not use this organization. It is not about the education it is about the profit."

"MCI has put together top-drawer trips for our high school a capella group to Vienna (AdventSing '19) and Ireland (Limerick Sings '23). Both were excellent experiences for our singers on all fronts: itineraries, performance opportunities, accommodations, logistics, on-the-ground challenge handling. Both MCI personnel and hired guides/hosts were calmly competent, knowledgeable, unflappably observant and genuinely good, personable people to travel with. MCI really knows what they're doing!"
