"Communication was very poor before and on this trip. We had great difficulty getting any kind of confirmation for the trip or that the company had received our deposit yet were contacted when it appeared that we hadn't paid the final amount (which we had). We asked for a copy of our itinerary and we were told that we already received it (we had but had misplaced it) and even though it was requested, we weren't provided with an itinerary until we were on the bus. Communications further deteriorated in the city when he would tell us where to meet the bus but then this would change. Very frustrating. Despite the horrible communications, the trip was nice. Great restaurants, nice hotel, interesting local tour guide and a skilled bus driver."

"I fear this is a scam. When I got limited strange information from this company, I called the vendors on the trip we were taking and they either do not have a reservation with Green Mountain Tours or what the description says is drastically different from what you actually will get. I spoke with literally all of the vendors and it appears this tour company regularly lies to clients as they give very different information than the vendors. The vendors were very surprised by how they were being misrepresented. Even though I have caught them in several lies, they will not refund my full ticket. I am in contact with the Vermont Attorney General's office and have logged a complaint. Honestly, I don't know the man that runs this company, but my dealings with him have been very difficult at best. Save your money, time and sanity and stay far away from this company!"
