"Dr. Durning and Guest are both amazing with my pupper as well as the rest of the staff there. He's been well taken care of above and beyond every time we've had to visit."
"Really liked the veterinarian and assistant. They spent ample time with us and answered all of our questions. Lobby staff very nice."
"Just started bring my dog fox here and everyone has been so incredibly nice and helpful. They got me an appointment within a week which is amazing for a regular vet for a first visit. The doctor was fantastic and she examined everything and left no stone unturned, while the ER I had went to previously hardly touched my dog. He started having not so great reaction to his meds and I called them and within hours they already had a solution and were very helpful. Highly recommend."
"Two years ago, we came to Dr. John Guest with an ear infection in our dog after an emergency care. We had all the flora tests on hand, as well as recommendations from doctors from Meredith. The infection was serious with a purulent secret, but the few days that passed after the visit to the emergency care, and the careful implementation of the recommendations put our dog on the path of recovery. This indicated that the diagnosis in the emergency care was made correctly, and the tests correctly identified the pathogenic flora. The doctor insisted that repeated tests were needed. He took a swab from the dog's ear and left for about 4 minutes. In the emergency care, tests were done for us for 20 minutes. After that, he named other bacteria, prescribed medications, and explained to us that the disease is chronic, and that it is impossible to cure it, and that we will have to appear at his office every two weeks, since therapy can only be supportive. We paid $150 for the visit. Moreover, $70 of this cost was the cost of the test, and we gave another $ 30 for the medicine. The medicine didn't help us. And the pathogenic flora was named incorrectly by the doctor. The health of our dog began to deteriorate, and we had to turn to another doctor, who reassigned the treatment, returning to the protocol we received in the emergency care. We have completely cured the dog's ears. We did not have any more similar incidents with the health of our dog. The Doctor was wrong on all counts. And regarding the fact that he performed the test, we have not just big doubts, but confidence that there was no test."
