"These folks are great. They had installed the system in our house before we bought it but I had never actually talked to them myself. Nonetheless, when I called them on Christmas Day with an emergency, they called me back, got the relevant info, and were at my house in Colrain, MA at 10 the next morning. The repair team was wicked nice, professional, and fast. Soon we had water flowing again! Highly recommend this company."

"Friday of Memorial Day weekend, all of a sudden, no water! Called Cushing & Sons at 9:30. Dwight and Asher pulled in the driveway at 1:00 after another service call and went to work. My deep well pump was gone! Kate showed up at 3:00 to deliver pipe and wire and went to work with the guys. I had running water by 4:30!!! Service is top notch and recommend them to everybody. Thank you!!!"

"We had them drill a well for a Geothermal unit. Very good communication, got the hole drilled, pipe in and grouted quickly and all the pipe fitted to the inside. It was interesting to watch the drilling rig do it’s thing. Unfortunately after all this work drilling a 500’ hole and running the pipe to the house, almost a year out, you can’t even tell where it is. All this work, and nothing to point at outside the house. Oh well, we know it is there, the geothermal unit is working, and our house is warm."

"I called Cushings and Sons at 10:00am. The office staff that answered my call was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my water. I was concerned it could have been my well pump which is buried under 2 ft of snow. She said it sounds like it could be the well pressure tank and asked for all the info on the one I had. By 11:30am they were here with a new one in the truck. And yes, it was my well pressure tank and thank goodness not the well pump. A +++ service! Siri"
