Excellent explanation of the product and quick (and professional) install. The new Shoremaster dock looks great and you can really tell they care about their customers. Would highly recommend!"
"I was desperate to find a part, I was leaving for a 7 day snowmobiling trip. Couldn't go with out it. I called 9 Skidoo dealers and no one had the part. I was about to cancel the trip. I made one more phone call and I am so happy I did. I can't say enough about Bickford's not only were they the only dealer in the Northeast who had the correct part in stock, customer service blew me away, made all the other dealers in the area look bad. They went above and beyond did it with a great customer service and a smile. They do am amazing job with inventory they had most items in-stock when I was in the store.
