During the holidays I received a giftcard that unfortunately during the time of purchase til I went to use my giftcard funds where taken off the card from another country. No fault to the ladies in the store as they have been more than polite but at the mercy of upper management and this company's refund procedures. I have waited for more than two months to receive another gift card or refund. I've called numerous times, given my email address and asked for the area manager to get in touch with me. This whole experience and lack thereof resolution has made me more than angry. I've worked in customer service for over ten years to be blatantly ignored is "bad business"."
